Learning never stopped
Her credentials span the analytical and the human: a Chartered Accountant’s rigour, an MBA’s strategic lens, Stanford Design Thinking’s structured creativity, and the depth of an NLP Practitioner and trained yoga teacher.
GCC evolution
Some careers are built in straight lines. Kshama's was built in matrix GCC structures. Across EY, Kroll, Genpact, and Bank of America, she built and scaled capability centres that ran global operations and drove enterprise innovation and transformation.
Building beyond organisations
Outside the corporate construct, she has served on a school board, mentored early-stage founders, and invested in startups: a consistent thread of building capability in others, not just organisation.
